2 lbs part-skim Ricotta cheese
2 cups part-skim shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 eggs
1 TBSP finely chopped Parsley
1 box (12oz) Jumbo Shells, cooked and drained.
Spread 1/2 of sauce in 9x13 pan. Combine ingredients and fill shells with cheese mixture. Arrange in pan and top with remaining sauce.
Bake 350*F for 45 mins.
