CARROT CAKE BARS

2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup begetable oil
3 (4oz) jars carrot baby food
1 tsp salt
2 tsp soda
2 cups flour

Mix all ingredients together. Pour in grerased jelly roll pan (13x17 3/4). Bake at 350*F for 35-40 mins.

Frosting:
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese
1 stick butter/margarine
1 lb powdered sugar (2 1/2 cups)
1/2 tsp vanilla
(top with chopped nuts)
