1 lb. ground beef, browned
1/2 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. ketchup
1/4 C. vinegar
2 Tlb. soy sauce
1 C. pineapple juice
(I usually drain the juice off a can of tidbits and use the pineapple to make tapioca jello salad)
Add all ingredients to browned beef, bring to boil and simmer 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
